Steps to setup Outlook 2016 on Windows OS (IMAP)
1. Open Outlook 2016 from your start menu.
2. On the top left, click the 'File' tab. (A popout menu appears allowing you to add an account)
3. Click 'Add Account'.
4. Enter your email address.
5. Click the 'Advanced' link and check the box to set up the account manually.
6. Click the 'Connect' button.
7. Choose IMAP.
8. On the next page, you'll need to enter your Incoming and Outgoing settings. Here are the settings:
Enter the following servers:
Incoming mail: imap.property.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: SSL
Outgoing server: smtp.property.com
Port 465
Encryption method: SSL
Uncheck 'Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)
9. Click the 'Next' button.
10. Enter your password and click 'Connect'.
11. You will see a confirmation if it was successfully set up.

MAC MAIL and iPHONE Solutions:

MAC Mail cannot send emails. (Error: Cannot send emails using selected server) Fix for older versions:
1. Open Mail app and go to the Mail menu, then select 'Preferences'.
2. Choose the 'Accounts' tab in the preferences window
3. Select the mail account that is experiencing problems and/or errors.
4. Look under the ''Account Information'' tab and click on 'Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)' and choose 'Edit SMTP Server List'.
5. Select the 'Advanced' tab at the Edit SMTP Server List screen.
6. Re-enter your login and password credentials for the affected email account here. Username should be your email address.
7. Now click 'OK' and close Preferences, selecting to 'Save' when asked about changes.
Delete Emails from WebMail (Leave a copy of emails option in MAC)
1. Open Apple Mail.
2. From the Mail menu, select Preferences.
3. Click Accounts, and select your email account.
4. Go to the Advanced tab.
5. Enable the Remove copy from server after retrieving a message checkbox.
6. Click OK.
Enabling iPhone Sent folder:
1. Start at the home screen
2. Go to Settings
3. Choose “Mail, Contacts, Calendar”
4. Select your IMAP account & Choose the Account (e.g., user@mail.com)
5. Scroll to the very bottom and Choose “Advanced”
6. Change each of the “Mailbox Behaviors” items as needed (e.g., Choose Sent Mailbox and check "Sent Items")
7. Go back to Advanced (top left)
8. Back to Account (top left). Everything should now be set up
Unable to Delete Message, "This message could not be moved to mailbox trash" iPhone FIX
1. Press the Home button and choose Settings.
2. Scroll down and click Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
3. Tap your email account.
4. Scroll to the bottom and click Advanced.
5. Scroll to the bottom and tap the empty IMAP Path Prefix.
6. Enter INBOX in capitals, then click ‘Accounts’ at the top left and click ‘Done’ at the top right twice to close the settings.
7. Press the Home button and then re-open Mail.
8. You will now be able to delete or move your emails on your iPhone.
iPhone, cannot send emails (Error: Could not send emails, copy has been placed in your outbox) (SMTP AUTH):
1. Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > choose and click on the mail account
2. Scroll down to Outgoing Mail Server and click on the address > click on your domain where it is listed, either Primary Server or Other Services
3. At this point you need to enter your username and password
4. Click "done" at top right corner.
