Accessing cPanel from WHM:
Go to WHM >> List Accounts >> click 'CP' icon in front of the domain name.
Allowing customer IP in Firewall in case if they cannot access website from certain locations:
Go to WHM >> ConfigServer Security & Firewall.
Under 'csf - Quick ActionsQuick Allow', enter the local IP where website inaccessible (under "Allow IP address").
Click Quick Allow button.
SSL installation in VPS:
Once the SSL is installed for the domain via vDeck control panel, download the certificate from vDeck and install it in WHM. You can refer the following link to get additional information on this:

Enable Remote MySQL Connections:

While adding the Addon domain to the cPanel, if you receive the following error:
"Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver",
Try the following:
Go to WHM: Home >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings >> Allow remote domains

Assign IP for Website:
You can assign dedicated IP addresses in WHM >> Account Functions >> Change Site's IP Address
If customers cannot add email accounts, forwards etc, then switch the cPanel theme within: WHM >> Modify an Account >> Select the cPanel user >> Modify >> switch the cPanel theme >> Save.
Opening ports via WHM interface Firewall/CSF:
1. Login to your WHM with the root password.
2. Go to the Plugins sections, click on the option ConfigServer Security & Firewall.
3. Click on the Firewall Configuration button to enter into advanced settings, in the coming window, go to the IPv4 Port Settings section
4. Now, edit the fields Allow incoming TCP ports and Allow outgoing TCP ports.
5. Save the changes made by clicking Change.
